Object Details

Description

Round collegiate button with a red ground and a white outline of a sugar bowl in the center of the button. "The Sugar Bowl , Arkansas, New Orleans" printed in white and red. Arkansas has appeard in six Sugar Bowls. This button could potentially be from five of those games, being the 1962, 1963, 1969, 1970 or 1980 Sugar Bowls. Arkansas lost every game except the 1969 game which they won 16-2 against the Georgia Bulldogs. The other four games featured Arkansas against Alabama twice and Arkansas verus Ole Miss twice.
