Descriptive Entry

This accession consists of records that document Educational Outreach Fund (EOF) grant activities. Records that date prior to 1995 were originally maintained by Arleen McClain, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Education and Public Service, who served as EOF fund manager. When the records were transferred to the Office of the Provost (OP) in 1996, Joan Zavala, OP Program Administrator, was appointed EOF fund manager. Materials include correspondence, proposals, budget information, award memoranda, and newsletters.
