Scope and Contents
This subseries is a group of materials created and maintained by McCormick to document and protect his research. His mistrust of publishers, writers and fellow blues scholars is evident in the files that he created. Using "campaign" as a title for this group of files, McCormick noted errors made in blues research, failures to credit his scholarship, theft, and what he referred to as other abuses or misassigned occurrences. Materials are arranged in chronological order using folder titles created by McCormick.
