Side A: Leslye Davis conversation, December 26,[2012-2013?]
Conversation is about the assignment, given to Davis by Nancy Donaldson for the New York Times, featuring a story about early blues music originating in Texas. Davis states that she has chosen to interview McCormick because of his work as a blues field researcher and historian. McCormick expresses numerous concerns about the four-hour video interview including not getting paid, wanting recognition for other work, concern that the New York Times does not allow subjects to edit content before publication, and rights issues associated with some of the photographs. In the beginning of the conversation Davis provides biographical information including growing up in Greensburg, Kentucky, teenage life, family and friends, interest in photojournalism, and her move to New York City.
Side B: Blank.
