Scope and Contents
Documents the business transactions of the company including information relating to their customer base, dealers, expenses incurred by the company and banking activities. There is a substantial amount of information relating to customer orders and payments for both the card and novelty businesses dating from 1909-1921. Banking activities dating from 1909-1922 are documented in bankbooks, account statements, cancelled checks, checks and money order deposits and check stubs from the Merchants and Farmers National Bank. There are also receipts for products, services and shipping charges dating from 1910-1914. In addition, company related expenses are documented from 1911-1914. Information relating to dealer accounts date from 1925-1926. Cash books, ledgers, and journals provide an account of the financial standing of the company dating from 1910-1924. Lastly, there are a few adding machine tapes. Materials are arranged in chronological order.
