BetaCam-SP Speeches by a Bobcat official and Senator Byron L. Dorgan of North Dakota regarding the award of a $7.5 million contract to Bobcat for the production of camouflage skid-steer loaders for the Army. Audio from the podium microphone is difficult to hear. A ribbon cutting by three camouflage Bobcats driven by the Dorgan, a representative of the Army, and a representative of Bobcat follows.
