Scope and Contents

Most of the people are men, almost entirely in suits. At least four boys, two with bicycles, also appear, and two appear to be wearing the uniform of a Western Union telegraph messenger. What may be a woman (but is perhaps a man) is looking out from the window of the building with her hand over her mouth, as though surprised or in the act of coughing
