Scope and Contents
The photographs document Morison's work on United States bridges and on the Panama Canal in the late nineteenth-century.
The cyanotypes of the Leavenworth Bridge document construction progress and were taken at certain time intervals.
Photographers and studios represented include Bailey and Neelands, Vancouver; J.L. Brose, Chicago; J.A. Laird, Leavenworth Photographs; McIntosh Battery and Optical Company, Chicago; and J.C. Somerville, St. Louis.
