Scope and Contents
Quest for Oil America imports a million gallons of oil daily, a complicated and costly proposition. America requires petroleum for fuel and lubricants and for by-products such as mineral oil, asphalt, paraffin, plastics, synthetic fibers, and synthetic rubber. New oil reserves sought worldwide.
