Scope and Contents
Contains advertisement clippings, trade cards, photo copies of beer labels, and some illustrations. Business records are minimal but include correspondence from Warshaw for his beer collecting campaign, with a response from Anheuser-Busch, Incoporated. An early, handwritten journal contains Victualer charts and gallon calculations. Publications are comprised of the St. James's Gate Brewery History and Guide(1931, Guinness, Son and Company Limited), a small booklet of toasts, andA Treatise on the Brewing of Beer etc., etc.(1941 reprint of a 1796 publication).
