Studio pose. Handwritten on reverse of photo by Mrs H. H. Bailey: ca 1950's: "Kiowa Annie, dress trimmed with elk teeth. Value, 500 dollars. Dress is made of soft white elk skin--and cut into fringer. Annie was sent away to school, and talked English and kept clean."
