Ndebele Mother and Child, 1947. The mother is holding her baby in her arms. She is smiling and looking to her right. She is wearing brass neck and arm rings and a blnaket around her shoulder. The baby is also wearing jewelry. In the background are large clouds and flat land. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1936-1949.
