Constance Stuart in Lesotho With Sotho Women and Children, 1941. Photographic image of a Constance Stuart standing among two Sotho women and children. One of the women is holding a child in her lap. They are sitting on a step in front of a stone homestead. Photograph taken by Alan Paton, novelist, at the time of their collaboration in a photographic portfoilio of the novel, "Cry, The Beloved Country." Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1941.
There are two 8x10 black and white fiber-based prints of this negative in the Constance Stuart Larrabee Collection. EEPA produced an 8x10 study print for reference purposes.
