Scope and Contents

Ndebele Woman Eating Sugar Cane, 1936-1949. The woman is standing with a piece of sugar cane in her mouth and holding the rest of the stick in her hands. She is wearing a blanket, which is wrapped around her and attached at her shoulder with a large safety pin. She is also wearing beaded and brass neck and arm rings. Photograph by Constance Stuart Larrabee, 1936-1949.
There are no prints of this negative in the Constance Stuart Larrabee Collection. EEPA produced an 8x10 study print for reference purposes.
