Translated postcard caption reads, "Dakar - The T. S. F.."
Translated handwritten text on verso reads, "Dakar is a big city, where shops are well-stocked. Weather is warm and helmet is compulsory. At the moment we are unloading 1800t. of marchandise for Dakar. We are all busy but me who is assigned to the mail. In five more days we will leave for Kaolack, Conakry, and further south. I will let you know more in one or two more days."
