Original hand-written address on verso, "Mme Hélouis. Pour Madeleine. 134 Bis Avenue de Saint Ouens, 18 ème."
Original hand-written text on recto, "My dear Madeleine, thank you for your nice letter which gave us much pleasure knowing everybody is in good health. We are returning next month and will be in Paris towards the 18th or 19th of April. We are grateful to you for your good care given to our two darlings, and we beseech you to accept our thanks and friendship. See you soon."
