Printed text on verso reads: "Vollbehr=Künstlerpostkarten "Kamerun" / 11. Europäerzelt im Dorf Mburuku=Kentlu. Zwischen den kreisrunden, aus ameisensicheren Farnbaumstämmen / erbauten Bakosihütten steht das Zelt des Malers. Das Dorf / liegt ca. 1000 m hoch am Abhang des Mahengubagebirges."
Translated caption reads: "Vollbehr = Artist postcards "Cameroon" / 11. A European tent pitched in the village of Mburuku-Kentlu. The artist's tent stands among the round Bakossi huts built from termite-proof trunks of tree-ferns. The village lies about 1,000m high on the slopes of Manenguba."
Additional printed text on verso reads: "Alleinvertrieb: Basler Missionshandlung, Duala (Kamerun)."
