Scope and Contents

Original caption reads, "Usumbura. European Hospital."
Translated text on verso reads, "Dear Mr. and Mrs. Falmagne, Do you know a little while after Arthur's visit we moved house? We are now at Kabare 15 kms from Costermansville. Splendid country. Altitude. Forests of Cypers. Flowers of Europe. But it is cold in Brigne! And what work with moving house. To add to that the birth approaches. I was quite tired this last time. This is going ...for a few days. And yourselves how are you doing? Has Monique established herself? Arthur was telling us that he is concerned on this subject. Give him our fond friendship. Send us a small card to give us news. That will give us a lot of pleasure. Our best wishes to you all. Monsieur et Madame Falmagne, 2 rue de l'escadrou, Etler Ceek, Bruxelles."
Postmarked and stamped on verso: "Kabare." Additional printed text on verso reads: "Ern. Thill, Bruxelles." Publishers logo on verso and recto: "Nels."
