Translated caption reads: [ALGIERS - Native types - Women of the South - Tribe of the Ouled Nâhils.] Two young women, one sitting one standing, resting her left elbow on the other one. Flowered and embroided dresses, coin head ornaments, sashes around their head, veils falling on their shoulders, heavily adorned with jewelry.
