Typed index card reads, "T 3 Sud. Sudan, Halfa Digheim, at second Cataract. A house common in Sudan, the decoration is painted on dried clay that has been applied to the original surface in low relief. 5/1947. EE. neg.no. Nile 1947 R-34, 6." The card was written in 1977-79 by Archives staff using source provided by photographer.
