Original title reads, "The senior staff members are arranged in order of rank with the highest-ranking persons in the first row. First row, from left to right: E.I.G. Unsworth, C.M.G., Queen's counsel, Attorney General of the Federation; and Godfrey Amachree, Solicitor General and second in command of the department. Second row: John Pakenham-Walsh and Tojudeen Oki, legal draftmen. Third row: Basil Walker, Cecil Miller, Duro Adebiyi, Arthure Wheeler, Billie Kazeem, Adeitan Adediran, senior crown counsels and assistant legal draftmen.
