Norma Cantu (presenter); Tania Latín; Fatima González; Darcy Rodríguez; Verónica Castillo ;NEA National Heritage Fellow Verónica Castillo participates in an intergenerational conversation about the intersection of gender, migration, cultural heritage, and individual creativity with students from the Paso Nuevo Youth Ensemble. In this bilingual session, the participants explore the crossing of different types of borders, their regional experiences (D.C., Texas, Mexico, Central America), and how they translate these into art.
