Come learn about the barbecues that are often prepared for Fourth of July or the distinctive meals made whenever the show is over and it's time to move onto the next town. It wouldn't be a celebration without the food, so come see how the cooks make it all happen. Rebecca Geren has worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years. She operates a food cart with her husband and helps run the cookshack for the Wenatchee Youth Circus, which her three children are members of.
