File consists of correspondence, list of projects approved by the administrative council of the International Fund for the Promotion of Culture, statement on approved projects, International Fund for the Promotion of Culture poster featuring approved projects, description of travelling exhibition Contemporary Textile Arts in the Indigenous American Communities, addenda to International Fund brochures (1978; 1979), pamphlet on background characteristics and initial activities, "Financing of Cultural Development" by Felipe Herrera. Correspondents include: Juan Carlos Langlois, Ralph Rinzler, Henry Raymont, Andrew Oliver. File also includes postcard from 1980 World Puppetry Festival sponsored by UNESCO and business card of Nancy Lohman Staub, executive director of Puppeteers of America. Materials relate to the production of textile exhibit.
