For this site on Prospect Hill Avenue Lois W. Poinier corrected poor pruning techniques on existing Ilex shrubs and did additional plantings around the foundation. The three "before" images (001-003) were taken in June 1967, while the "after" image is from October of that year, showing how good planning and planting can yield good results in a short amount of time.
Persons associated with the garden include: Lois W. Poinier (garden designer, 1967) and James Robson Heekin and Jane Jessup Heekin (former owners).
