The images in this file show construction of a gravel driveway and parking area as well as the finished product. In her design, Lois W. Poinier saved an existing Oxydendrum arboreum (sourwood or sorrel tree) at the corner of the house. Overgrown shrubs (possibly boxwood) were removed and replaced with white azaleas and other colorful plantings.
Persons associated with the garden include Lois W. Poinier (garden designer) and William Kemp Bigelow and Dorothy Addis Bigelow (former owners).
