General
This garden was designed by Lois Poinier about 1970 and was located on Lake Road. The slides document the appearance of the site both before and after installation. An addition to the house was complemented by construction of a terrace and fountain. Additional landscaping was done in the front of the house where overgrown yews were replaced with Ilex crenata 'Compacta' and white azaleas.
Persons associated with the garden include: Lois Poinier (garden designer, ca. 1970) and the Brooks family (former owners).
