When the current owners acquired the property, they had to irradicate invasive species such as English ivy, Japanese Honeysuckle, Wisteria, and Euonymus that covered the bluffside. The back of the property is lined with curving flowerbeds containing vibrant purple and yellow flowers, with dense woodlands on either side.
