The Monterrey Colonial style house was designed and built in 1997. Thomas Batchellor Cox created the gardens as a series of connected rooms bound by formal clipped hedges, potted citrus and an olive walk. Featured within are a rose garden, perennial garden, and a central courtyard with raised pool.
