General
The house and garden have strong Italian influences. The garden follows the Italian emphasis of a green and gray color scheme. Arborvitae is used in place of Italian cypress in order to adapt to a cooler zone. The property includes a 1 1/2 acre pond and wisteria trellises. The newest feature is an alleĢe running between the driveway and the house.
Persons associated with the property include: John Tymoff (architect, 1998) and Michael Remorenko (landscape designer, 1998-2007).
