Description
The Postal Service issued a 32-cent Bright Eyes commemorative stamp on August 20, 1998, in Boston, Massachusetts.
The stamps, designed by Carl Hermann of Laguna Niguel, California, and illustrated by Bill Mayer of Decatur, Georgia, were printed by the Banknote Corporation of America, Inc., in the gravure process.
