Description

A Certificate of the 26th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States which Extends the Right to Vote to Citizens Eighteen Years of Age or Older. The Amendment was signed into law on July 5, 1971 by President Nixon. The amendment extended the right to vote to some 11 million citizens.
