Description
The 15-cent Coral Reefs commemorative stamps were first placed on sale at Charlotte Amalie, Virgin Islands, on August 26, 1980. The block of stamps depict underwater scenes featuring coral formations and tropical fish.
The stamps were designed by Chuck Ripper and issued in sheets of fifty.
