Pay tribute to the early suffragettes who brought about the ratification of the 19th Amendment on August 26, 1920 in this anniversary exhibit. The title is taken from a letter written by one of them.
Included are portrais of Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Susal B. Anthony, Lucretia Mott and Sojourner Truth, as well as items associated with the movement: banners, buttons and ribbons, photographs, cartoons and music sheets.
