On view are the winning entries by students K-12 to the 2007 Junior Duck Stamp Art Contest state competitions; the entries represent each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories. The winner of the national competition is selected and announced on opening day. In addition, the winning artwork for the 2007-2008 Federal Duck Stamp is also unveiled. Students attending public, private, or home schools are eligible to participate in the Federal Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program, an arts curriculum that teaches wetlands and waterfowl conservation.
