This exhibition presents the histories, contemporary lives, and traditions among the Native communities of the Huatulco-Huamelula region of Oaxaca, Mexico. The enchantment, or encantos, of each community are discussed. Some 50 photographs by Roberto Ysais and multimedia installations provide an opportunity to see and hear Oaxacan community elders discussing their own histories and traditions.
