See 33 contemporary works inspired by centuries-old ceramic traditions; from mixing clay and preparing glazes to ritual offerings of food and wine at wood-fired kilns. Included are white porcelain, made from a white clay; blue and white porcelain, once used exclusively by the aristocracy and featuring a blue design painted with cobalt on white clay; punch'ong stoneware, a Korean folk tradition dating back to the 1300s; and celadon, characterized by its jade green color, dating to the 10th century.

The works in the exhibition are a gift of the National Museum of Korea.
