Bicentennial Presidential Quilt
July 1, 1975 – July 31, 1975
The creation and gift of Mary Borowski, folk artist/needleworker of Dayton, OH, the white-on-white quilt on display is embellished with the embroidered signatures (facsimilies) of all U.S. presidents from George Washington to Gerald Ford, as well as with 200 lighted pink birthday candles.
