THE UNITED STATES vs. 12 ACRES OF Land, near Macon, Ga.
By virtue of a Writ of venditioni exponas, issued from the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of Georgia, in the above entitled cause, dated March 25, 1867, to me directed and delivered, I will sell at public auction, on the first TUESDAY in MAY next, within the lawful hours of sale, at the Court House in the city of Macon, Bibb county, Ga., certain lots of land near the old steam mill, formerly owned by the Monroe Railroad and Banking Company, Bibb county, State of Georgia, and bounded as follows, viz: Starting from a point (marked by a cut stone) distant thirteen chains, five links and four degrees west of north from the south-east corner of lot thirteen (13) of the Macon Reserve, West of the Ocmulgee river, proceeding on a line parallel to the Macon and Western Railroad track, southwardly seventy chains and eighty links, then (southwardly) parallel with said railroad track for five chains and twelve links, and lastly, north-westward at right angles to railroad track to point of starting, and being four acres, more or less. Also, another piece of land, bounded as follows: Starting from a point West side of lot thirteen (13) of Macon reserve West of Ocmulegee river, distant twelve chains and seventy- five links from southwest corner of said lot, running seventeen chains and seventy-five links northward along said side, then turning forty-two degrees and thirty minutes west of South for thirteen chains, and then forty-seven degrees and thirty minutes east of south for twelve chains, then returning to the starting point, containing eight (8) acres, more or less-the two together containing twelve (12) acres, more or less.

UNDER and by virtue of a writ of [[blocked by marker]] facias issued out of the Honorable the Fifth Circuit Court of the United States for the Southern District of Georgia, in favor of the plaintiffs, James Wilde, Jr., & Co., vs. Benjamin C. Franklin.
I have levied upon, as the property of Benjamin C. Franklin, one Lot of Land, situate, lying and being in the old town of Brunswick, county of Glynn, State of Georgia, known as Lot No. four hundred and fifty-five. Bounded North by Lot four hundred and fifty-eight, South, by Lot four hundred and fifty-six, East by Albany street and West by Wolf street. Also, Lot No. nine hundred and sixty-on, and South by Lot No. nine hundred and fifty-nine, and will sell the same at public auction, at the Court House in the city of Savannah county of Chatham, and State of Georgia, on the FIRST TUESDAY IN MAY next, between the lawful hours of sale. Terms Cash. Property pointed out by Plaintiff's Attorney. Dated at Savannah, Georgia, March 2nd, 1869.
